Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:
  • Dry Ingredients:
    • All Purpose Flour/Maida-1/2 cup
    • Unsweetened Cocoa powder-1 ½ tbs
    • Baking Soda-1/6 tsp
    • Baking Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Raw Milk-1/2 cup(Room temperature)
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Butter-1 tsp(Room temperature)


Steps to prepare.
  • In a wide bowl mix milk and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved
  • Sieve the dry ingredients to the same bowl.Mix them well so that there are no lumps in the mixture.
  • Take a deep,wide microwave safe dish and grease it with oil or butter.Place a wax paper or aluminium foil at the bottom
  • Add vanilla essence,oil ,butter to the mixture in the bowl.
  • If you want you can put some raisins and cashew nuts to the cake mixture.
  • Add lemon juice and mix gently
  • Pour the mixture to microwave safe dish and put it in the oven in microwave mode  for 5 minutes in high power.
  • Take the dish and put it outside for  5 minutes
  • Just check whether it is cooked by inserting a tooth pick at the center. If it comes out clear it is cooked.
  • Serve it when it gets cooled. Its very nice with vanilla ice cream
